the subject still ends up as puzzled at the end as at the beginning. Has anything been resolved!
If only we had the completed version of Book 8, rather than an unrevised and incomplete one… Though I do maintain that the basic aim of the work is to make us think more carefully about the world, rather than supply us with answers.
